Rental Terms & Conditions
The following conditions generally apply:
The minimum age is usually 21 years, unless a higher age is specified in the vehicle description.
All driven kilometers are included in the rental price.
The fuel policy varies depending on the car rental company, so you will find this information under "detailed rental conditions" in the vehicle list. (Hover over the vehicle image).
Full insurance is always included. Details will be displayed when calculating the price on the website.
Airport service: An employee will meet you upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport. After the formalities (5 minutes), you will receive your rental vehicle in the VIP parking area of the airport. No waiting times, no standing in line, no searching in the parking garage.
The minimum rental period is three days.
A flight number is required as stated in the rental confirmation you receive after booking. Without this, the rental vehicle cannot be delivered to the airport. In some cases, without a flight number, only a smaller vehicle category may be delivered.
A rental day is 24 hours. That is, if you pick up the vehicle at 10 AM, the days count until 10 AM each day (plus about 1 hour of grace).

b) Cancellation: In the case of a cancellation with cancellation protection insurance, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the deposit in the form of a voucher. A cancellation is possible through our support system up to 72 hours before arrival. Without cancellation insurance, the full rental price is due in case of non-fulfillment of the contract. Cancellation insurance can only be purchased directly at the time of booking. A subsequent purchase is NOT possible.
Additional services: Various additional services are offered at the time of booking, such as child seats, navigation devices, or additional insurances. All additional services can also be added after the reservation. The cancellation insurance is excluded. This can only be selected directly at the time of booking, not afterward.
The driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
After submitting your reservation, you will partially receive the confirmation/voucher for printing directly. Some vehicle categories need to be reconfirmed to ensure 100% delivery on-site. This usually happens within 24 hours by us via email.
All information you need to pick up the rental car can be found in the booking confirmation. You can print this after completing the booking.
If a customer wants to rent a specific model in a category, we will try to provide the chosen model. However, a guarantee for this is not possible. If no vehicle is available in the chosen category, a vehicle from a higher category will generally be provided.
Fuel policy: We offer the most customer-friendly fuel policy. The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.
Service fees on-site: Most car rental companies in Mallorca charge an additional "service fee" on-site in addition to the rental price. This varies from €15 to €50. We do not have this fee. You only pay what is stated on your rental agreement, no additional "service fees".
Vouchers, discounts, auctions: If you have a discount from a special promotion on our part, you can redeem it with us. A maximum of one promotion can be applied per rental. Legal recourse is excluded.
